• who your bio father is

• what your time of birth is

• what your actual name is

  • ie any information that could be found on your birth cert. could be a lie

• any and all injuries that occured before you had a working memory

• any and all abusive you sustained but blacked out b/c you were a child and to admit that the adults in your life were monsters would likely lead to a break in reality, stunting your development for the rest of your life

• any and all mental health concerns you were screened for as a child but not diagnosed with until an ADULT. IE AUTISM.

• a running list, b/c
