My first week as a professional medium, I met with a pregnant woman, who felt she she was pregnant with a little boy. I sensed immediately it was a little girl, but I agreed a little boy felt very near. Eventually as the session continued, I realized, the call was coming from INSIDE THE DOG. I timidly asked the client, if she ever noticed her dog acting sort of odd, or particularly underfoot since she had gotten pregnant. She had actually, and noted that sometimes the dog would put his head up to hers while she was laying in bed, and she become inundated with images of what she felt must be her son. She was right, she was getting information about and from her son, but he was not in utero yet. This little boy wanted to be born first, but because he wasn’t, he impatiently came into the dog’s body, hellbent on being part of the family somehow someway, until it was his turn to be conceived. I could also read he had soul contracts with his father and his sister, but he LOVED (LIKE LOVED) his mother. He literally could not wait to join her side again and had such a headfirst, act then think later personality, he was willing to join her in whatever way possible as soon as possible.
A grandparent that passes over, can also contract to share the body of your dog. I’ve seen it happen. I kid you not. A client asked me if her recently passed dog was with her grandpa on the otherside. Initially, because I’d be tapped into the pet’s energy first, I couldn’t feel the grandpa anywhere. But as we moved on in the session, I continued to feel into her question, and by the end, I realized, the grandpa’s spirit had entered the animals body, and the two shared it for the remainder of the dog’s life. When I first got on the call with her, the name that came through immediately wasn’t the dogs name. After learning the grandfather’s name, I realized the name I’d received was an eerily similarly combination the dog’s name and grandfather’s name. Ya’ll, I could not make this up.
Spirit guides will also incarnate into your dog’s body in order to literally guide your on your life path. My friend Rachel’s dog Rooster, was literally part and parcel of her and her now husband’s reconciling and getting married. Rooster is quite literally their relationship guide. In these situations, the dog feels distinctly not-animal like. Their higher level of consciousness and awareness is that above most humans, and they behave like it too. Depending upon their personality, they’re either nearly impossible to train because they are so freaking intelligent they literally think they know best, or it’s nearly unnecessary to train them, because they’re just obedient just want to get to working on your soul mission with you.
